# 구글 태그 매니저 채널톡 연동

## 채널톡 연동이란?

구글 태그 매니저에서 설정된 태그와 이벤트를 채널톡에 불러와서 마케팅 캠페인 설정이 가능합니다.\
태그 매니저에 로그인 태그가 있을 경우, 로그인 되었을때 채널톡 메세지 혹은 카카오톡을 보낼 수도 있습니다.

CRM 자동화 및 마케팅 설정을 위해 채널톡 연동을 필수적으로 진행하는 것을 권장합니다.

[구글 태그 매니저 사이트](https://tagmanager.google.com/)로 접근하여, 좌측 메뉴의 템플릿 버튼을 클릭해 주세요.\
클릭하여 템플릿 페이지에 접근하면, 우측 태그 템플릿에 갤러리 검색 버튼을 클릭하여 아래 사진과 같이 검색 후 연결해 주세요.

작업 공간에 추가를 통해 추가하면 태그 설정 시 채널톡 전용 태그를 생성할 수 있게 됩니다.\
해당 연결을 하지 않을 경우 구글 태그 매니저에서 채널톡으로 데이터 전송이 어렵습니다.
